The Ohio Legislative Black Caucus Foundation (OLBCF) is excited to announce that we are seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide comprehensive marketing and branding services. As a nonpartisan 501C3 nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing the interests of the Black community in Ohio, we recognize the importance of enhancing our brand presence, engaging our target audiences, and effectively communicating our mission and vision and service. We invite interested vendors to submit their proposals in response to this Request for Proposal (RFP).
